Jake Braunagel Attains AAAE C.M. Certification

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) is excited to announce that Jake Braunagel, Aviation Group Leader, recently earned his American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Certified Member Program (C.M.) certification. 

Braunagel is a licensed professional engineer (PE) based in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office. Certification as a C.M. demonstrates exceptional and diverse knowledge of the primary functions of airport operations. The certification process requires the individual to complete special training courses and successfully pass the required C.M. examination. 

Braunagel earned a BS in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. He has been working in the civil engineering industry since 2008 while specializing in airports since 2011. He is looking forward to using his new certification as an increased opportunity to support and provide senior level oversight to the aviation engineering and planning team.
