KLJ Adds Finance and Human Resource Divisional Directors to Organizational Structure

KLJ recently promoted Lanny Harris, Michelle Miller, and Mike Ross. The company also hired Stacey Breuer. The four individuals will help drive resource efficiencies and best practices for the company’s two divisions, Environment and Infrastructure and Energy and Natural Resources.

Harris and Ross are now serving as Divisional Finance Directors. Harris joined KLJ more than 25 years ago. Most recently he served as chief operating officer for Progress Solutions, a former subsidiary company of KLJ’s parent company, KLJ Solutions Holding Co.

Ross began working for KLJ in 2012 and most recently served as a business financial analyst. Both Harris and Ross will oversee financial practices for the divisions ensuring they are running efficiently.

Miller and Breuer are now serving as the Divisional Human Resources Directors. Miller began working for KLJ more than seven years ago. She most recently served as the company’s recruiting manager, a role she will continue to serve part-time.

Breuer is new to the organization and will also serve a dual role as not only a Divisional Human Resource Director but also as the corporate training manager. Breuer brings a unique combination of technical and Human Resource leadership to KLJ. Her experience includes nearly 20 years of leadership, training, change management and business strategy in the manufacturing, engineering consulting, government, and not-profit industries. 

All four positions will work in the Bismarck office.
