With more than 20 years of extensive experience in construction, power generation, transmission and distribution, Beach brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative solutions to the team.

She is a distinguished and dynamic leader with strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. These talents enable her to anticipate client project needs, adeptly manage complex engineering projects, and utilize her field experience on construction projects across various sectors. Additionally, she earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
