Crawford Joins KLJ

We are proud to announce that John Crawford has joined our St. Paul office.

Crawford, who will serve KLJ as a senior project manager, brings 25 years of extensive transportation engineering and planning experience, including noise analysis, design, traffic impact studies, travel demand model forecasting, and environmental reviews.

Crawford earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is registered as a professional engineer and professional traffic operations engineer in Minnesota.

“John is already an invaluable member of our team,” said Mike Bittner, KLJ’s civil traffic department manager. “With his wealth of knowledge and network of relationships, he will be a great mentor for our growing team of traffic engineers in our St. Paul office.”

In his position, Crawford will lead and manage major traffic engineering, transportation planning, and environmental planning efforts.
