Wiosna Earns Certified Planner Certification!

KLJ Engineering is proud to announce that Dave Wiosna recently earned his Certified Planner certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Wiosna is an associate planner with more than five years of experience in transportation and community planning. He has worked on corridor studies, county transportation plans, long-range transportation plans, transit plans, land use analysis, city and county comprehensive plans, hazard mitigation plans, and various GIS projects.

He earned both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
