Oz Khan has earned his Professional Engineering (PE) license in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana.

Oz Khan is based out of KLJ’s Saint Paul, Minnesota location. He is a transportation engineer and planner with experience in traffic operations and safety studies, traffic impact studies, traffic forecasting, traffic modeling and simulation, long range transportation plans, GIS analysis, speed studies, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, pavement management, context-sensitive solutions, asset management, noise analysis, and advanced statistical analysis.

He is now licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana.
