McNeilly Honored with Rising Star Award

KLJ is proud to announce that Caitlin McNeilly was recently recognized for her extraordinary volunteer and leadership efforts by the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) Houston Chapter. McNeilly, an engineer in training with KLJ’s Oil and Gas department, earned WEN’s Rising Star Award for being a dedicated, enthusiastic, and outstanding volunteer. WEN is an international organization comprised of more than 7,000 members internationally, and approximately 2,000 members in the Houston Chapter. The group consists of professional women working in the energy industry and provides outreach opportunities and fosters leadership development among their peers.

In 2021, McNeilly joined KLJ as a business development manager and in 2022 began her role as an engineer in training. McNeilly, who works from Houston, Texas, understands the intricacies of the oil and gas industry, she connects our clients with the right KLJ team members who then assist with the planning, design, engineering, survey, environmental compliance, right-of-way / land acquisition, operating, and maintaining oil and gas, production and midstream infrastructure for today and the future.

McNeilly earned a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and has several years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.
