McLain Earns PTOE Certification

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) is excited to announce that Dillon McLain recently earned his professional traffic operations engineer (PTOE) certification.

McLain is a licensed professional engineer (PE) based in our Helena, Montana office and is a Roadway Supervisor within our Transportation team. Certification as a PTOE demonstrates exceptional knowledge, skill, and ability in specialized application of traffic operations engineering. The certification process requires the individual possess a minimum of four years of experience in professional traffic operations engineering, holds a PE licensure, and successfully passes the required PTOE exam.

McLain has been part of KLJ's team since 2014 and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Montana State University-Northern. He is looking forward to using his new certification as an increased opportunity to support important traffic solutions and provide additional expertise to clients and projects. Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment!
