KLJ Promotes Michelle Miller to Associate VP of HR

KLJ is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Miller to associate vice president of Human Resources (HR). 
Miller, who has worked for the company since 2010, has held various leadership roles throughout her career at KLJ, most recently serving as the company’s HR director. In her new role, she will oversee employee relations as well as KLJ’s compensation and benefits programs.

Miller earned her MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck. She is an alumnus of Leadership Bismarck-Mandan, a program that focuses on strengthening leadership skills and networking with community members and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She been recognized by Prairie Business Magazine and the Bismarck Tribune as 40-under-40 and one of the Top 25 Women in Business.
