Dockter and Samuelson-Brown Join KLJ

We welcome two new members to our team, David Dockter and Randi Samuelson-Brown, who will both serve KLJ as project control specialists.

Dockter, who will work from our Bismarck office, joins KLJ with a background in project management, planning, budgeting, and scheduling. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Moorhead University.

Saumeulson-Brown will work from our Denver-Metro office. Her background includes project management, financial modeling, project finance, budgeting, risk management, system implementation, and strategic planning. She earned a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Regis University, Denver, Colo. She also completed post graduate research from Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.

As project control specialists, Dockter and Samuelson-Brown will support project teams in the execution of project processes and systems. Project controls activities include project administration, change management, project estimating, cost management and schedule management, which all must meet our standards and contractual requirements.
