PROJECT
The first phase of the 61-acre Sunrise Town Centre retail and commercial development was designed in 2013. Construction for the first 15-lot commercial development began in summer 2013 with rough grading, water, and sanitary sewer installation.
SOLUTIONS
Final completion of the storm sewer and roadway development portions of the project occurred in 2014. Our team worked on the master planning, land entitlements, site layout and grading, storm water system design, utility design, and construction observation and surveying.
RESULTS
Sitting on the corner of two major roadways, this site now provides direct route access to residential neighborhoods for families in the area to access the multitude of services offered.
