Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP)

The Young Professionals Development Program offered by Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson offers a fast-paced learning environment aimed at accelerating professional growth, enhancing management capabilities and producing future leaders within our organization. Participants are exposed to a challenging and rewarding work environment that will include training in multiple facets of our company’s technical and operational functions during a three year period.

Selection Process/Criteria

A select number of qualified candidates will enter into the Young Professionals Development Program each year.

  • Candidate must be a current KL&J employee
  • Provide an essay indicating why they should be selected
  • Commitment of three years
  • A Passion for learning
