Young Professionals Development Program (YPPD)

YPDP is an intensive development program aimed at training and growing KL&J's future leaders organically within our organization. Participants will be exposed to a challenging work environment that may include training in multiple facets of our company's technical and operational functions during a three year period.

Selected participants may train in multiple KL&J locations, and commit to a three-year, fast-paced learning environment aimed at accelerating their professional growth and management capabilities.

If chosen, you will have access to senior management, individually-assigned mentors, and multiple facets of our operation. In return, you will be treated differently, compensated differently, and expected to assume increasing levels of responsibilities during the program.
