What Makes Us TickWe thrive on and accept challenge, and actively pursue three project types:Type 1 – Known Problem, Known Solution: projects with clear-cut problems and solutions that move through traditional, technical development scenarios and deploying solutions. Type 2 – Known Problem, Unknown Solution: projects with clear-cut problems and unclear solutions. This requires collaboration with the client and stakeholders to discover solutions. Type 3 – Unknown Problem, Unknown Solution: projects are extremely complex because the client does not fully understand the problem, or the possible solutions. We guide the public and the client to define the problem and explore multiple scenarios to find a solution. |
